Description
EDIT: I finally scanned this, so I'm taking it out of the Scraps. Also, apparently I'm an idiot for thinking that no one thought about making lifeguards before. Because the actual NPC guideline blog takes "Floatzel and Azumarill as lifeguards"
as an example. -_- *sigh* Well, they might not be original, but I still like these guys! :3
The beaches near the Alomomola Bay attract a lot of Pokemon, and these guys are responsible for their safety!
(It's weird that just when I get a sudden inspiration to draw NPC-suggestion for lifeguards, someone else has the same idea and posts it just before me: [link] Well, their occupations aren't exactly the same, and I leave it for the Guild leaders to decide if they want to use either of our suggestions.

From left to right:
Eddie the Sentret
A Sentret who is a bit too careful and panicky at times, but has an exellent eyesight. He scouts for Pokemon who look like they might be in trouble and for possible dangers in the water. If he spots something, he will alarm the other lifeguards with his Hyper Voice. He prefers to stay on land, but can swim surprisingly well if needed. He also always has a stack of berries in storage for possible first aid.
Moveset: Foresight / Surf / Hyper Voice / Assist
Mitch the Floatzel
The leader of the team. He's a strong and fast swimmer, and can carry event heavy Pokemon to safety thanks to his flotation sac. He is really popular among the Pokemon who often come to the beach - especially the ladies. During calm moments on the beach, he spends his time with his crowd of fans. Even though his ego is pretty big, he also does his job well. But if there are multiple Pokemon to be saved at the same time, he seems to go to the female ones first.
Moveset: Aqua Jet / Agility / Bulk Up / Pursuit
Summer the Marill
She isn't quite as good swimmer as Mitch, but she's an expert in floating. She can rescue smaller Pokemon well by herself, but with bigger ones, she can help them to float for the time it takes for Mitch to come up to them. She wears a waterproof bandana so she could be spotted from the water more easily.
Moveset: Waterfall / Aqua Ring / Work Up / Rollout
By the way, I'm pretty sure somebody will know where I took their names from. xD

These guys are really good! I like how they each serve a different purpose as lifeguards
